IL-21 receptor antibody can be used for detection of IL-21 receptor by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. An approximately 60 kDa band can be detected. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 60 kDa. ELISA, IF, WB (0.5 - 1 µg/ml) IL-21 receptor antibody can be used for detection of IL-21 receptor by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. An approximately 60 kDa band can be detected.
