Recognizes CD49F (VLA-6 alpha chain), a 120kD cell surface glycoprotein that can form distinct complexes with CD29 (VLA beta-chain), resulting in the VLA-6 (alpha-6 beta-1) complex, which is expressed on human platelets, or with the beta-4 integrin result

The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 platelets in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request..
