LE135 is a potent RAR antagonist that binds selectively to RARalpha ( K i of 1.4 microM) and RARbeta ( K i of 220 nM), and has a higher affinity to RARbeta . LE135 is highly selective over RARgamma, RXRalpha, RXRbeta and RXRgamma. LE135 is also a potent TRPV1 and TRPA1 receptors activator with EC 50 s of 2.5?microM and 20?microM, respectively [1] [2] .
