MnTBAP chloride exhibits anti-inflammatory effects through upregulation of BMPR-II and inhibition of NFkappaB signaling. mnTBAP chloride is a manganese porphyrin complex with antioxidant properties and has potential for use in the study of fibrotic responses in chronic kidney diseases (CKDs).
