The Bra30 antibody is suitable for the detection of HLA Class II antigen by flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry on frozen tissues. The antibody is also suitable for the detection of HLA class II by immunoprecipitation and western blotting. Optimal antibody dilutions for the different applications should be determined by titration.
