This antibody recognises developmental type heavy chain, a myosin heavy chain (MHC) present during the embryonic and neonatal period in the development of skeletal muscle. The same MHC occurs during regeneration of muscle fibres.

IHC-Fr: 1:10-1:40. *Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.Not tested in other applications.
