NH-3 is an orally active, reversible thyroid hormone receptor (THR) antagonist with an IC 50 of 55 nM. NH-3, a derivative of the selective thyromi-metic GC-1, inhibits binding of thyroid hormones to their receptor and that inhibits cofactor recruitment [1] [2] [3] . NH-3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
