Recognizes rat CD163. Does not react with human.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:100; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:50-1:100. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval by protein digestion (trypsin or pronase). Reported reaction following PLP fixation (Periodate-lysine-paraformaldehyde).. Flo (1:10 - 1:100), IHC, IHC-Fr (1:50 - 1:100), IHC-P (10 µg/ml), IP Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Immunoprecipitation.
