    Rabbit polyclonal to PTPN22.Tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type 22 (PTPN22) belongs to the protein-tyrosinephosphatase family, non-receptor class 4 subfamily. PTPN22 may play a role in regulating thefunction of Cbl and its associated protein kinases. PTPN22 also acts as a negative regulator of T-cellreceptor (TCR) signaling.
