Based on ELISA, the antibody shows ~40% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse RANTES, ~20% cross-reactivity with recombinant cotton rat RANTES, and ~1% cross-reactivity with recombinant feline RANTES.

WB: 0.1 microg/ml. IHC-Fr: 5-15 microg/ml. Neutralizing/Inhibition: 0.1-0.4 microg/ml. *Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.Not tested in other applications.

RANTES is a protein, which has been shown to be chemoattractant for peripheral blood monocytes. It appears to selectivity attract T cells of the CD4+/CD45RO+ phenotype in vitro.
