SC75741 is a broad and potent INHIBITOR of NF-kappaB with an IC50 of 200 nM against P65. SC75741 blocks replication of influenza viruses. SC75741 leads to decreased expression of cytokines, chemokines, and pro-apoptotic factors by impairing DNA binding of NF-kappaB subunit P65. Inhibit caspase activation and block caspase-mediated nuclear output of viralribonucleoproteins.
