  • Scientific Description
    Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein, RBD (Receptor Binding Domain) encompassing amino acids 319-541. This protein corresponds to the RBD of SARS-CoV-2 Variant P.1, originally discovered in Brazil, and contains the three mutations K417T, E484K and N501Y. It also contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ and a C-terminal His-tag. The recombinant protein is ≥90% pure following affinity purification.
