Recognizes human TGF-beta RI. Species sequence homology: rat (93%), porcine and bovine (91%), mouse (90%).

Suitable for use in Western blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit for hFibronectin is approximately 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
