YQ128 is a potent, selective second-generation NLRP3 inflammatory body inhibitor,IC50 0.30 uM. YQ128 significantly and selectively inhibits the production of IL-1bèta, but does not inhibit the production of TNF-alfa. YQ128 can cross the blood-brain barrier to reach the central nervous system. YQ128 has anti-inflammatory activity.
