Recognizes human ACE2. This antibody does not detect recombinant ACE2 that has a tag at the C-terminus.

ELISA - Direct or indirect: 1:2000-1:10000. Flow Cytometry - 1:1000. Western blot - 1:2000-1:10000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST with 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at rooom temperature.. ELISA (1:2000 - 1:10000), Flo (1:1000), IHC-P (10 µg/ml), WB (1:2000 - 1:10000) ELISA - Direct or indirect: 1:2000-1:10000.
