    The antibody specifically detected alpha-SMA protein by Western blot analysis. The antibody 8E5D12A9 and the commercial antibody 1A4 were used to stain leiomyomas and leiomyosarcoma. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 8E5D12A9 was higher than the commercial antibody. The antibody and the commercially available antibody 1A4 were simultaneously detected on the normal tissue chip, indicating that the specificity of the antibody in normal tissue was equivalent to that of the commercially available antibody (CN113845593A).
