Overview
- SupplierAbsolute Antibody
- Product NameAnti-B7-H4 [S2]
- Delivery Days Customer7
- Antibody SpecificityThis antibody binds a linear epitope comprising amino acids (VIQWLKEGVLGLVHEFK) of the human B7-H4.
- Application Supplier NoteThis antibody recognized intact wild type human B7-H4 and linear epitope comprising amino acids VIQWLKEGVLGLVHEFK in an ELISA. This antibody was also capable or recognizing B7-H4 in a western blot assay. The binding of this antibody to B7-H4 protein can effectively neutralize the immunosuppression response induced by B7-H4 proteins, thus enabling T-cells to retain their activation status (PMID: 33716253).

- Protein NameV-set domain-containing T-cell activation inhibitor 1
- Scientific DescriptionThis full-length chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Chicken scFv format for improved compatibility with existing reagents assays and techniques.
- ReactivityHuman
- Reactivity Supplier NoteThe original antibody was generated by immunizing female white leghorn chickens with 50 ug of recombinant B7-H4 protein (Phe29 to Ala258) through intramuscular injection. The spleens of the chickens were harvested 7 days after the final immunization to construct an scFv antibody library. The antibody was isolated by panning against B7-H4 protein.
