  • Antibody Specificity
The antibody is specific for CD10. CD10 molecule is a zinc-dependent metalloendopeptidase located on the cell surface. CD10 is also a common marker for acute lymphocytic leukaemia.
  • Application Supplier Note
The antibody detected the recombinant CD10 by western blot analysis. The antibody was used to stain and analyze the renal clear cell carcinoma tissue by immunohistochemistry. Further, immunohistochemistry staining on renal clear cell carcinoma tissue from 60656-7H5 antibody and the commercial antibody, 56C6, were compared, showing the staining intensity of 60656-7H5 antibody was higher and the specificity was consistent (CN103880960).
