To show that the enhanced adhesiveness of CD4+ T cells is induced by CD3 cross-linking, an adhesion assay was performed on human PMBCs using the mouse version of this antibody (Mazerolles et al, 1991; pmid:1826886). An adhesion assay was performed on human T and B cells in the presence of the mouse version of this antibody to study the kinetics of T-cell adhesion (Mazerolles et al, 1991; pmid:1679053).
