Overview
- SupplierAbsolute Antibody
- Product NameAnti-CD134 [9D1]

- Antibody SpecificityThis antibody binds human CD134 (OX40; TNFRFS4). This molecule acts as a receptor for TNFSF4/OX40L/GP34. It is a costimulatory molecule implicated in long-term T-cell immunity.
- Application Supplier NoteThe binding characterization of this antibody to human OX40 was done using ELISA. The binding reactivity of this antibody to human, mouse and rhesus monkey OX40 expressed on CHO cells was determined using flow cytometry. This antibody was shown to cross react with human and rhesus monkey OX40 and not mouse OX40. The binding affinity of the original mouse IgG1 antibody for human OX40 was determined using surface plasmon resonance and was found to be Kd= 0.389 nM. The anti-tumor activity of this antibody was studied in an in vivo mouse colon cancer model. MC-38 cancer tumor cells (colon adenocarcinoma cells) were injected subcutaneously into B-hOX40 humanized mice and the mice were then treated with this antibody. This antibody was shown to have good percent tumor growth inhibition (CN111763258).
