This antibody binds the human erythropoietin receptor with an affinity of 1.1 nM. This antibody is capable of recognizing the biotinylated peptide 382-402 of the EPOR in an ELISA. This antibody can also recognize EPOR from lysates of HELAwt, HELA-EPOR and UT-7 cells in a western blot assay. This antibody was also used for the immunocytochemical and immunohistochemical analysis of HELAwt and HELA-EPOR (US20110165592).
