- Application Supplier Notecrude nuclear E*R of calf uterus (0.1 pmol), normal rat serum (10 Ml), and hybridoma medium were used in a double antibody immunoprecipitation with this antibody (Greene et al, 1980; pmid:6928610). ELISA was preformed with this antibody on human MCF-7 cell cytosol (Greene et al, 1982; pmid:6979662). Fresh breast cancer tumor was immunostained using this antibody (Miller et al, 1993; pmid:8490902). An EIA was preformed on cytosol from breast cancer tumors using this antibody (Cren et al, 1991; pmid:1911441). COS-7 cells cotransfected with expression plasmids encoding ERa and HA-tagged ERb were immunoprecipitated with this antibody (Ogawa et al, 1998; pmid:9473491). Sucrose Density Gradient Analysis was preformed on GH3 cells (Tate et al, 1984; pmid:6708522). Immunocytochemistry was preformed on the reproductive tract of Female cynomolgus macaques using this antibody (McClellan et al, 1984; pmid:6373239). [3H]E2-labeled macaque E2 receptors were examined on sucrose density gradients using this antibody (McClellan et al, 1984; pmid:6373239).
