This antibody can be used for the flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood cells (PMID: 12121897; 23447017; 25777993; 28223321). This antibody was used to block human gammadelta T cell receptor and prevent the human anti-porcine gammadelta T cell response (PMID: 11502983; 28713391). This antibody was also used to block the gammadelta T cell receptors in in-vitro tumor-killing assays (PMID: 21633088). This antibody was used for the immunohistochemical analysis of frozen tissue samples of parapsoriasis, mycosis fungoides and inflammatory dermatoses (PMID: 21479436). This antibody was also used for the immunohistochemical and indirect immunofluorescence staining of gammadelta T cells in breast cancer and normal tissues (PMID: 23959855).
