    GITR is the receptor for TNFSF18. It is involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. Mediates NF-kappaB activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway. - Monoclonal Antibody. Recognizes human GITR. Does not cross-react with mouse GITR. Isotype: Rat IgG2akappa. Clone: AIT 158D. Applications: ELISA, FACS. Liquid. 0.2microm-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives. GITR is the receptor for TNFSF18.
