It is recommended that this antibody be used in combination with mAb IC14-30 to detect mesothelin with high sensitivity in a capture ELISA. This antibody can also immunoprecipitate recombinant mesothelin. NCI-H226 and NCI-H520 were incubated with anti-MSLN antibodies (11-25) or an isotype-matched control antibody and followed by PE-conjugate anti-mouse IgG. Antigen expression was detected by flow cytometry (Iwahori et al., 2008; PMID: 18394747). 64Cu labeled 11-25 was used in vitro cell binding assay and in vivo positron emission tomography (PET) imaging in the tumor-bearing mice (Kobayashi et al., 2015; PMID: 25883990).
