This antibody in combination with another anti-NSE antibody E2-4F6 from our catalogue can be used in a sandwich ELISA for detection of human gamma enolase in a sample. This antibody was also used as a primary antibody in the detection of NSE protein in A549 cells using western blot (CN111234023).
