The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by competitive ELISA. The original format of the antibody reacted with beta 2-glycoprotein-1 and prothrombin and showed comparable binding affinity to both antigens, with Kd values of 1.6 uM for beta 2-glycoprotein-1 and 3.2 uM for prothrombin.
