- Application Supplier NoteThis antibody can inhibit the interaction between TIM-3 and LILRB2 and can be used in the treatment of TIM-3 related disorders. The binding characterization of this antibody to human and mouse TIM-3 was done using ELISA and flow cytometry. Blocking of TIM-3:LILRB2 interactions by this antibody was evaluated in activated-macrophage and activated-DC assays. This antibody was able to initiate TNFalpha secretion in LPS activated macrophages. The stimulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines GM-CSF, IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-6 and TNFalpha by this antibody was greater for macrophages from the LILRB2+ donor compared to the low LILRB2 donor
