Camptothecin (CPT) has strong antitumor activity against colorectal cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer and ovarian cancer, and modulates hypoxia-inducible factor-1alfa (HIF-1alfa) activity by altering miRNA expression patterns in human cancer cells.
