Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 4 ug immunoprecipitates Cip1 from 500 ug of HeLa nuclear extract. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 ug/ml detects WAF1, p21 in 20 ug of HeLa nuclear extract. HeLa nuclear extract was resolved by SDS PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with anti-WAF1, p21 (0.5 ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Positive control: HeLa nuclear extract.
