Please note that this antibody does not react with denatured or reduced type VI collagen. Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 10 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 1-10 ug/ml on acetone fixed paraffin-embedded tissues or frozen tissues. Not recommended for formalin fixed tissues. Epitope retrieval suggestions are treatment with 0.04% trypsin in 0.01 M CaCl2, 0.05 M Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, 37?C for 10 min before the non specific peroxidase block..
