  • Scientific Description
    DAP Kinase 1 (death associated protein kinase) is a calmodulin dependent serine/threonine kinase that carries ankyrin repeats and the death domain. DAPK transfectants showed increased sensitivity in vitro to apoptotic stimuli. DAP Kinase 1 may function as a tumor suppressor gene.
