The antibody reacts with both intact human ICAM-1, CD54 and with soluble human ICAM-1.

For IA, IHC-Fr, IP, WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Furthermore the antibody is useful for staining of ICAM-1 in frozen tissue sections. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
