PUMA antibody can be used for detection of PUMA by Western blot at 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemstry at 1 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human and mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 23 kDa. ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC, IHC-P (10 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) PUMA antibody can be used for detection of PUMA by Western blot at 2 ug/mL.
