CXCR4 antibody can be used for Western blot 0.5 - 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for Immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 4 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 39 kDa. ELISA, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1:500 - 1:1000) CXCR4 antibody can be used for Western blot 0.5 - 1 ug/mL.
