MADD antibody can be used for detection of MADD by Western blot at 1 - 2 mg/mL. 200 to 220 kDa bands should be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 10 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human and mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 200 to 220 kDa. ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC, IHC-P (2.5 µg/ml), WB (1:250 - 1:500) MADD antibody can be used for detection of MADD by Western blot at 1 - 2 mg/mL. 200 to 220 kDa bands should be detected.
