MMP9 antibody can be used for detection of MMP9 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 76 kDa Observed: 73kDa. ELISA, IF (20 µg/ml), IHC, IHC-P (10 µg/ml), WB (1 µg/ml) MMP9 antibody can be used for detection of MMP9 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml.
