At least two isoforms of ORAI2 are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms. ORAI antibody is predicted not to cross-react with ORAI1 or ORAI3.

ORAI2 antibody can be used for detection of ORAI2 by Western blot at 1 - 4 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 19, 28 kDa Observed: 29 kDa. ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (2 µg/ml) ORAI2 antibody can be used for detection of ORAI2 by Western blot at 1 - 4 ug/mL.
