P2RX7 antibody can be used for detection of P2RX7 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 34, 47, 65 kDa Observed: 54 kDa. ELISA, ICC (5 µg/ml), IF (20 µg/ml), IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) P2RX7 antibody can be used for detection of P2RX7 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml.
