At least four isoforms of SCARA5 are known to exist; this antibody will detect all four isoforms.

SCARA5 antibody can be used for detection of SCARA5 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 24, 39, 44, 54 kDa Observed: 50 kDa. ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) SCARA5 antibody can be used for detection of SCARA5 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL.
