TXNIP body can be used for detection of TXNIP by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for Immunohistochemistry at 2 ug/mL. For Immunoflorescence start at 5 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 43 kDa Observed: 39 kDa. ELISA, IF, IHC, IHC-P (10 µg/ml), WB (0.5 - 1 µg/ml) TXNIP body can be used for detection of TXNIP by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/ml.
