Block: In a functional ELISA which immobilized recombinant Human IL23R/Fc Chimera at 8 ug/ml (100 microL/well) in the plate, the Rabbit anti-Human IL23a Monoclonal Antibody can block the binding of 0.5 ug/ml of biotinylated recombinant Human IL23A & Human IL12B Heterodimer Protein to human IL23R, the EC50 is 0.59 ug/ml. Neutralization: The neutralization activity of antibody is Measured by its ability to neutralize IL23-induced IL17A secretion in mouse splenocytes. The Neutralization titer (IC50) is typically 10.0-15.0 ng/mL in the presence of 10 ng/mL Recombinant Human IL-23 and ConA (1 microg/mL ). Please Note: Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the end user..
