    Chemical. CAS: 1206799-15-6. Formula: C30H22F2N6O3. MW: 552.5. LY2801653 is an orally bioavailable multi-kinase inhibitor with potent activity against MET, MST1R and other oncoproteins. It displays anti-tumour activities in mouse xenograft models. In vitro, LY2801653 has an IC50 for inhibition of MET phosphorylation between 35.2-59.2nM. LY2801653 was found in nonclinical models to also have potent activity against several other receptor tyrosine oncokinases including FLT3, AXL, MERTK, TEK, ROS1, DDR1/2 and against the serine/threonine kinases MKNK1/2. - LY2801653 is an orally bioavailable multi-kinase inhibitor with potent activity against MET, MST1R and other oncoproteins.
