Overview
- SupplierGeneTex
- Product NamePAK1 ( phospho Thr423 ) / PAK2 ( phospho Thr402 ) / PAK3 ( phospho Thr436 ) antibody
- Delivery Days Customer9
- Antibody SpecificityThis antibody is raised against PAK1 phosphorylated at Thr423. Based on sequence homology, it is predicted to react with PAK2 and PAK3 when phosphorylated at the corresponding residues - Thr402/Thr436.
- Application Supplier NoteICC/IF: 1:100-1:200. IHC-P: 1:50-1:100. *Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher. Not tested in other applications.

- HostRabbit
- IsotypeIgG
- Protein IDO75914
- Protein NameSerine/threonine-protein kinase PAK 3
- Scientific DescriptionThe protein encoded by this gene is a serine-threonine kinase and forms an activated complex with GTP-bound RAS-like (P21), CDC2 and RAC1. This protein may be necessary for dendritic development and for the rapid cytoskeletal reorganization in dendritic spines associated with synaptic plasticity. Defects in this gene are the cause of a non-syndromic form of X-linked intellectual disability. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
