Western Blot: Predicted: 84 Observed: 99, multiple post-translational modifications, commonly observed at 95-100kDa. ELISA, IF (20 µg/ml), IHC-P (2.5 - 10 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) B-raf antibody can be used for detection of B-raf by Western blot at 1 and 2 ug/mL.
