    The TNFR-1/CD120a protein is a receptor for TNFSF2/TNF-alpha and TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-alpha, and initiates caspase-8-mediated apoptosis upon TNF binding. It induces non-cytocidal TNF action, activates acid sphingomyelinase and establishes an antiviral state. TNFR-1/CD120a Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived TNFR-1/CD120a protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-8*His labeled tag.
