Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Shows <1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ACE. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15 ug/ml. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product.
