This antibody can be used for the detection of human claudin 18.2. This antibody was also used in the generation of a CAR-T cell receptor. CLDN18.2 CAR-T specifically binds to tumor cells, activated 2C6.9-T-PD-1 CAR-T alleviates or eliminates immunosuppression by secreting anti-PD-1 antibodies, increasing the anti-tumor effect. 2C6.9-T can activate primary T cells and efficiently mediate the killing of tumor cells expressing CLDN18.2 by T cells and caused a significant increase in cytokine secretion (CN113754780).
