The binding characterization of this antibody to human DLL3 was done using ELISA. Binding affinity of mouse IgG antibody for human DLL3 is Kd= less than 0.2 nM. This antibody can bind human and cynomolgus monkey DLL3 expressed on surface of 293 cells via flow cytometry. This antibody can mediate killing of tumor cells expressing DLL3. Humanized version of this antibody is also available on request (US9089615).
