- Scientific DescriptionHypoxia Inducible Factor 1 alpha (Hif-1alpha) is a transcription factor which accumulates in the nucleus of cells in most tissues which are subjected to hypoxic conditions. There it stabilizes by associating with Hif-1beta (ARNT). - Monoclonal Antibody. Binds to recombinant human HIF-1alpha in EIA, as well as native human HIF-1alpha present in nuclei of fixed permeabolized Nalm-6 cells cultured overnight with CoCl2 to stimulate hypoxia. Applications: ELISA, FACS. Isotype: Mouse IgG1kappa. Clone: ANC10G3. Liquid. 50mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 0.5% Gentamicin sulfate (as a preservative).
